Digital Marketing Associate

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Associate in the Austin area to actively participate in the strategic planning, execution, reporting, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns.
As a Digital Marketing Associate, you will be responsible for implementing strategies to drive demand for products and services. This role requires an individual who is an excellent communicator, strategic thinker, is data-driven, and has strong project management skills who can work in a fast-paced, results-expected environment. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, across various verticals and businesses.
Responsibilities:
  • Understand Client’s business/industry and understand how your work connects to the broader project and account goals.
  • Use broad digital marketing experience to execute SEO, SEM, email marketing, and marketing automation campaigns.
  • Guide performance of strategies towards clearly defined key performance indicators and program objectives.
  • Perform regular analyses of program performance at granular levels and communicate findings in an accessible way to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Respond in a timely fashion to client, colleague, and management needs.
  • Participate in weekly/monthly media and digital marketing program reporting.
  • Meet multiple, simultaneous deadlines and manage workload and projects with the flexibility and ability to deliver when faced with ongoing ambiguity and changes in managing digital marketing campaigns.

Requirements

  • The ideal candidate should have some amount of experience using Google Analytics. The ideal candidate would be comfortable creating segments, using secondary dimensions, and generating insights from unstructured data.
  • A bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in marketing, finance, mathematics, or related field.
  • An analytical approach to marketing--sorry, this won't be a design-oriented role.

If you have previous marketing or agency experience, we'd consider that a bonus.
