Fine Arts Frog Job Shadow - 10/9 - 12/4 DFW, TX

We're glad you are interested in participating in the Fine Arts Frog Job Shadow, a half-day site visit and shadow experience where you connect with DFW area fine arts organizations to learn about different career paths, observe operations and culture, and meet industry contacts.

To apply to this Frog Job Shadow experience, review the attached FAQs and requirements, drop your resume, block Monday October 7th at 5 PM CST on your calendar for a mandatory orientation, and you'll be notified on or about October 4th if you are selected to participate.

Please include as a part of your application, your ranking of the participating organizations listed below in order of your preference. We will do our best to match you according to your ranking, major and order of application.

Shadow Day Sample Agenda (4 Hours, 9-1 PM or 1-5 PM): 

1. Brief introductory meeting with alumni/host: 20 mins 

2. Meeting with Human Resources: Hiring Side: 45 mins 

3. Company/Organization Tour: 30 mins 

4. Informational Interview 1: 45mins 

5. Informational Interview 2: 45 mins 

6. Informational Interview 3: 45 mins 

(Extra 10 minutes to travel from interview to interview) 

Note, Transportation is up to the student. There may be security, identification or citizenship requirements for certain employers participating in Frog Job Shadow.
